The most interesting thing that you will notice in this is how Anne started getting mature with time. Her writing standards sometimes defied her age. She could have been a wonderful writer. The book is a collection of articles of her diary and to be true not all are very much interesting but you will definitely not get bored. This is one of those books which i liked throughout. If you are new to reading books(Like me) than this is the book to start with.
The book is written by 13 years old teenage girl.. It is written in 1944 as a personal diary.. The content is amazing.. While reading sometimes it surprises you by thinking and ideas of this young girl ..... She is very dynamic and interesting personality at such a young age... Brilliantly written must read and must have book.....
This book is a must read for everyone. While we all have heard about the world war II, this book gives a totally new insight into another side of the war. The diary starts before the war begun, and ends abruply days before anne and the residents of the "secret annexe" were arrested. Unfortunately only her father survived but anne still lives in her books. The diary has quite interesting accounts of the problems and difficulties they faced during the years of their hiding. It also provides a great understanding of what was going through the minds of a teenager. How she changed in the years and coped with the problems that most teenagers never even have to think about. Anne wanted to be a journalist or famous writer, if only she knew how her wish has been fulfilled.
I liked the heart touching memoirs of Anne Frank. One important thing I found in the book that how a teen grow to maturity. She has described all her relations and emotions so beautifully.
It is written by a 13 year old girl (when she started writing). An incredible book depicting different shades of World War-II. It was never written intentionally to get printed because it was a "Diary of a Young Girl" which she received on her 13th birthday and therefore she started writing in it. It contains entries for about 2 years. After the Nazis Occupation when it was announced by Dutch Government to make public the accounts of sufferings. After listening to that announcement on Radio, she dreamed of publishing her diary after war was over and for that she rewrote and edited it many times. But she died before her dream came true. Of all the multitudes who throughout history have spoken for human dignity in times of great suffering and loss, no voice is more compelling than that of Anne Frank. It is a world's best seller which is clear from it's publication in about 60 different languages across the world.
