2. What is the procedure to book a home online?
Select a location and project and click buy to book the project. You can make a booking by using any of the given payment methods.
3. What is the booking amount? Is the booking amount refundable?
Booking amount INR 10,000 for all the projects. The booking amount is refundable.
4. What happens after I book my home?
You will receive a confirmation mail from Infibeam with the invoice/GV. Subsequently, a HDFC Realty consultant will get in touch with you for your home buying journey including site visit, information and details about the project, meetings, negotiations & closures with developer. He will also arrange to provide assistance in your home loan.
5. What is the total price of the home I am buying?
The starting prices of all the projects are mentioned under the project details. However the total cost calculations along with govt levis would be done at the time of booking at the developer’s office.
6. In case, if I am unsatisfied with the real estate project after a physical visit of the site or any other reasons, will the entire amount would be refunded without cutting any charges?
Complete refund will happen for the bookings done within the promotion period.
7. Will the booking amount be adjusted against the final consideration payable to the concerned developer?
